Rho Gammas, also known as Recruitment Counselors, are current members of the UAH Panhellenic chapters. They are trained to be unbiased representatives of our sororities and assist potential new members (PNMs) through the primary recruitment process. Each PNM will be placed into a group with two Rho Gammas who will serve as mentors, confidants, and advisors throughout recruitment. You will meet your Rho Gammas at PNM Orientation on August 27th, 2026!
