Rho Gammas, also known as Recruitment Counselors, are current members of UAH Panhellenic chapters. They are trained to be unbiased representatives of our sororities and assist potential new members (PNMs) through the primary recruitment process. Each PNM will be placed into a Rho Gamma group with 12-18 other PNMs and two Rho Gammas who will serve as mentors, confidants, and advisors throughout recruitment. You will meet your Rho Gammas at PNM Orientation on September 4th, 2025!
